Pear Brandy (such as Poir Williams) 30ml
Momo Hime Peach Umeshu 30ml
Pear Juice 30ml
Yuzu Juice 10ml
Fig Bitters
Garnish: Koume drop
All ingredients into shaker, shake and pour into cocktail glass.

Laphroaig 45ml
Cask Strength Umeshu 20ml
Campari 30ml
Garnish dry orange slice
Strawberry Shiso Mojito
Shiso infused Vodka 45ml
Umeshu Shiro 30ml
Lime Juice 10ml
Wasanbon Sugar 1 tsp( dessert spoon)
Fresh Strawberry suitable
Garnish: Shiso and Dry Strawberry
Muddle strawberry and all ingredients into shaker, shake and serve in shochu cup.
